July Membership Lunch Meeting

The monthly membership meeting of the Houston Council of Engineering Companies was Friday, July 17th. Our guest speaker for the July 17th membership meeting was Eric Potts, Interim Director of Aviation for the City of Houston. Mr. Potts gave a presentation on Airport Activities.

February Membership Lunch Meeting

We had 3 guest speakers for the February 20, 2009 Membership lunch. They were Gary Oradat, Executive Director, Coastal Water Authority, Paul Nelson, Planning & GIS Coordinator, North Harris County Regional Water Authority, and Jace Houston,Deputy General Manager, San Jacinto River Authority.

January Membership Lunch Meeting

Our guest speaker for the January 16, 2009 Membership lunch was Raymond Chong, P.E., Deputy Director for the City of Houston’s Traffic & Transportation Division. He provided an overview of the recently completed Phase I of the Mobility Study and the next steps to be covered in Phase II.

Our guest speaker for the December 19, 2008 Membership lunch was Mr. Delvin Dennis, P.E., Houston District Engineer for TxDOT.
