Houston Council of Engineering Companies March Membership Lunch Meeting The monthly membership meeting of the Houston Council of Engineering Companies is Friday, March 19th. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Andy Icken, newly appointed member of Mayor Parker's staff as the City of Houston's Chief Development Officer. His oversight includes Economic Development, the Aviation Department and Special Projects. Our lunch meeting takes place every third Friday of the month at the HESS Club, 5430 Westheimer, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cost is $30 per person payable by check or cash. Please make your lunch reservations by calling Mary at 713-426-0800 or email mharristaylor@houstoncec.org. If you cannot attend you may send someone else from your firm in your place.
